At Starface, we want you to love your skin and your star-shaped patches, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Ship Your Return

  Once approved, pack your items securely and use the provided return shipping label to drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
